Andrés is a Lawyer and Specialist in Business Law from the Externado University of Colombia, with a specialization in Tax Law from the University of Los Andes, focusing his practice on tax planning, family structure planning for asset protection, tax law, corporate law, litigation and Wealth Management. He is currently in the process of obtaining certification as a financial advisor by the AMV at the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC).

Experience in different companies in the real sector, where he has carried out the planning of corporate and tax structures with the purpose of optimizing the tax obligations of different businesses and companies. Additionally, he has extensive experience in advising international clients on investment matters.

He has extensive experience in civil, commercial and tax litigation, both in response to requests from tax authorities and before the courts.

Jairo Andrés is a Lawyer, Specialist in Tax Law and Master in State Law with an Emphasis in Taxation from the Externado University of Colombia. He holds a Master in International Law from the Universidad de la Sabana and is a PhD candidate in Financial and Tax Law from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, Spain.

Teaching experience; Professor of the Tax Law Department of the Externado University of Colombia, where he has taught the subjects of constitutional foundations of taxation, tax procedure and sanctions. Professor of Financial and Tax Law at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, Spain. In addition, he is the author and co-author of various academic publications.

In his professional practice, he has worked as a tax advisor for several law firms, where he has advised national and foreign clients on matters related to tax consulting, strategic tax planning and tax litigation. He also served as an attorney for the Constitutional Court of Colombia.
